The Community Partnership for Children’s vision of ensuring that all Brown County children are safe, healthy and ready for kindergarten cannot be realized without the support of volunteers! The CPC works actively with community agencies that host a variety of workshops, parent groups, playgroups and more.  In addition, opportunities arise that generate a need for assistance at community events throughout the year such as book drives, serving meals and organizing event materials.

dad-tunnelExamples of Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Child Care: Care for and play with children (ages infant to 5 years) while their parents participate in workshops. Typically weeknights, occasional weekday mornings.
  • Family Fun Events: Assist staff with games and crafts on the day of the event. May also include children’s activities, serving food, and/or registering families, set up and take down. Sign up for as many or as few events as you’d like.
  • Playgroups: Assist parent educators during play groups for parents and children, age’s infant to five years.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, organization of materials, filing, etc.
  • Volunteer Commitment Hours: Varies.
